Noteworthy:

  • Rebranding: We will be rebranding AYA Wellness. Once these changes are implemented, you will be automatically redirected from our current website to our new site, where you can log in with your existing credentials to book sessions as usual.
  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel a session, to avoid full session fees.
  • GST Update: As of December 20th, 2024, the CRA has officially confirmed that Registered Clinical Counsellors in BC are now exempt from collecting GST on their psychotherapy services.

A walk & talk therapy session is perfect for individuals seeking a therapeutic “check-in” where we can discuss goals, present moment challenges, values, purpose, and current life stressors. These sessions are a bit more focused on collaborating on stuck points and identifying pathways through, together.


Meditation & Breathwork

One-on-one meditation session to help with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep habits, challenging feelings, and emotions.

my approach is rooted in the belief that our physical, mental and emotional aspects of our selves are interconnected in a marvellous web. in my work i draw from my ten years’ experience working in health and wellness specializing in mindfulness, meditation and breathwork. the core of my practice draws from a combination of humanistic, somatic, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural theories.
