A walk & talk therapy session is perfect for individuals seeking a therapeutic “check-in” where we can discuss goals, present moment challenges, values, purpose, and current life stressors. These sessions are a bit more focused on collaborating on stuck points and identifying pathways through, together.
Meditation & Breathwork
One-on-one meditation session to help with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep habits, challenging feelings, and emotions.
